These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website riseupphysio.ca (the "Site"), operated by Rise Up Physio Inc. ("Rise Up Physio," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Rise Up Physio

Rise Up Physio Inc. is a home-care physiotherapy coordination company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We arrange and administer in-home physiotherapy services delivered by independent, registered physiotherapists. We are not a clinic and we do not ourselves provide physiotherapy treatment.

2. No medical advice

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified health professional. Always seek the advice of a registered physiotherapist, physician, or other qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

3. No therapist-patient relationship

Using this Site, reading its content, or submitting an inquiry through it does not create a physiotherapist-patient relationship or any care relationship between you and Rise Up Physio or any physiotherapist. A care relationship begins only after intake is completed and services are formally arranged.

4. Submitting an inquiry

When you submit an inquiry through our Site, you agree to provide accurate information and you consent to being contacted as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include detailed personal health information in the inquiry form. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that services will be provided.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features;
